Where do my products ship from?
We use a global network of print labs. When you place an order, our system automatically routes it to the local fulfillment center nearest to you. This not only speeds up delivery but also significantly reduces carbon emissions by cutting down travel distance.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Sustainability is at the core of our production. We use water-based eco inks that are 100% non-hazardous and free of heavy metals. Wherever possible, our materials are organic, recycled, and sustainably sourced from managed forests.
Do you use plastic in your packaging?
We strive for a plastic-free experience. Our packaging is designed to be rigorous enough to protect your art during transit while minimizing environmental impact.
What is "Giclée" printing?
We use the Giclée printing method, which is the gold standard for high-end art reproduction. This process uses fade-resistant, water-based archival inks to produce museum-quality fine art prints with incredible depth and detail.
What kind of paper and canvas do you use?
Fine Art Paper: We use a heavyweight 200gsm (5.9oz/yd) fine art paper with a smooth, matte finish. It is natural white and sustainably sourced.
Canvas: Our canvas prints are made from high-quality linen.
What are the frames made of?
Our frames are crafted from European kiln-dried knotless pine. For our "Natural" color option, we use real wood with a premium oak-effect laminate finish to ensure durability and aesthetic consistency.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your size and selection carefully before ordering.
What if my order arrives not as expected?
In the rare event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or refund for you. Please include photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
